The device cannot be switched on.	Make sure that the battery is charged or that the device is connected to the power supply. Press the on/off switch for 1 second to start the device.
The display does not respond to inputs.	Wait 10 seconds and try again. If the unit still does not respond, press and hold the On/Off switch for 8 seconds to restart the unit.
No events are displayed.	Make sure that the sportstation is connected to the internet, that the start date of the event is correct and that you are within 1000m perimeter of the event location.
Cannot connect to the wireless network.	Make sure that you are within range of the base station and that the network allows new devices. If you are unable to connect to the network despite having the correct password, please contact your network administrator.
My wireless network is not displayed.	Make sure that you are within range of the base station. If the network is still not displayed, please contact your administrator.
The sportstation does not receive an IP address when connected to the cabled network (LAN).	Make sure that the Ethernet cable is plugged correctly into the socket. If the sportstation still does not get an IP address, please contact your network administrator.
The printer cannot be connected.	Make sure that the printer is fully charged and within 10m of the sportstation. Also check that only three blue status lights are lit. Alternatively, you can switch the Bluetooth function off and on again in the settings and menu item "Printer".
The printer does not print.	Make sure that the printer is switched on, fully charged and connected to the sportstation.
The print quality is deteriorating.	Make sure you are using the correct paper type. If the print quality continues to be poor, please contact sportstation support.
The red status lamp on the printer lights up continuously.	Close the paper compartment cover.
The red status lamp on the printer flashes.	Make sure that the printer has enough paper.
The red status lamp on the printer flashes even if the paper tray is full.	The printer's overheated. Turn it off for at least 10 minutes.
The red status lamp on the printer continues to flash.	There is a serious defect. Please contact the sportstation Support
